Terms of Use

LystBot - Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Provider and Contact

LystBot is provided by TourAround UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Menzelstr. 18, 55127 Mainz, Germany. Managing Director: Alexander Iyimen. Contact: hello@touraround.io. Further provider details are available in our Legal Notice.

2. Service and Costs

LystBot lets you create and share lists and set reminders. Optional integrations such as Alexa, ChatGPT, MCP and CLI provide access through other services and interfaces. LystBot is free to use; third-party services have their own terms and may charge fees.

3. Availability

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical faults or third-party outages may affect features and reminder delivery.

4. User Obligations

You must not store or share unlawful content or infringe third-party rights. Misuse of interfaces, unauthorized access and bypassing safeguards or access restrictions are prohibited.

5. ChatGPT and Connections

ChatGPT is a service provided by OpenAI. The applicable OpenAI terms govern its use, including the Europe Terms of Use for users in the European Economic Area. You can disconnect ChatGPT at any time under Settings → ChatGPT in the app or in ChatGPT to revoke access. Details about data processing and retention are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

We accept unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms to reflect legal or technical changes. The current version is available on this page; we notify you of material changes in the app. Where consent is required, we obtain it. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
